We here at Wakoen have been farming tea for over 70 years and can offer you the expertise and selection you need. All of our teas are locally grown on the Osumi peninsula and processed mere steps away from our shop! So you know your getting the freshest and highest quality Kagoshima green tea.

As a family owned and operated business that has been working for 3 generations now, we care about the future of Osumi peninsula as well.

So we donate a portion of our proceeds to the Rainforest Association who works with farmers around the world to create healthy ecosystems and preserve nature for us and the future generations to come.
